We look forward to seeing you for your appointment.
If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early for debriefing.
If it is not your first visit or you are a regular customer please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
Namaka has all you need for your floating experience, no need to bring anything with you.
Please just be aware of the following conditions that would prevent you from being allowed to float:
- People who have had a hair coloration within 14 days before floating
- People who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- People with a large open wounds (small cuts and scratches are ok)
- People who are sick with an infectious disease
- People who suffer from epilepsy and would like to float
The Iyashi infrared therapy is not permitted for the following persons:
- People suffering from heart disease
- People with pacemakers or waterfalls
- Pregnant women

Please note that our cancellation policy allows you to cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Changes or cancellations after this period will have to be charged full fee. We thank you kindly for your cooperation and understanding.
